Scheduling & Service Day

Program Season: Service slots are available May through October. You may submit a booking request in advance, but appointments can only be scheduled within the May - October season.

Delivery & Pickup Window: Delivery is typically before 9:00 AM. Pickup is typically after 1:00 PM the same day.

  • Length of Service: Bookings are for one service day only.
  • Confirmation: You’ll receive an email with your Booking Reference.
  • Before Delivery: Clear the driveway/placement area, unlock gates, and move vehicles/obstacles.
Eligibility & Payment

Who Can Book: Kansas City, MO residential addresses only. The form validates city limits and checks ZIP Eligibility automatically.

Free ZIPs: Some neighborhoods qualify at no cost. If your ZIP appears in the Free ZIP Codes section, your booking will be free. Otherwise, standard rates apply.

Payment: If payment is required, you’ll receive an email payment link after your booking is approved. A receipt is emailed immediately after successful payment.

What You Can Load

Allowed (Examples): Furniture, bagged household trash, small non-refrigerated appliances, light home cleanup debris.

Not Allowed (Common Examples):

  • Hazardous materials, liquids/chemicals, paint, oil, fuel, batteries
  • Electronics (TVs/monitors), tires, medical waste
  • Appliances with refrigerants, dirt/rock/concrete, asbestos-containing materials
  • Fill Level: Do not overfill above the rim. Contents must be secure.
  • If Prohibited Items Are Found: Service may be refused. You may be responsible for removal and any related fees.

Cancellations & Support

Reschedule: Contact support as soon as possible. Same day changes may be limited once routes are dispatched.

Cancel: To cancel, please contact support as early as possible so another resident can take the slot.

Weather/Safety Delays: Severe conditions may shift timing; you’ll be notified by email/text if impacted.
